Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing my freelance graphic design/photography services. To ensure clear expectations and a smooth collaboration, the following payment and revision policy is in effect:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required before work can commence. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and secures your spot in my project schedule. Once the deposit is received, the project will be considered officially initiated.
Payment Schedule: The remaining 70% of the project cost will be due upon completion of deliverables. Final payment must be made within 7 days of project completion. The final payment allows for the release of the final deliverables and grants you full ownership and rights to the completed work.
Payment Methods: I accept payments through bank transfer, PayPal, etc. Details regarding payment methods and account information will be provided in the invoice.
Revisions (graphic design only): As part of my commitment to client satisfaction, I offer up to three rounds of revisions on the deliverables. Each round of revisions must be communicated in a clear and concise manner. Additional revisions beyond the included three may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of any additional work.
Project Scope: The project scope is defined as agreed-upon deliverables and services prior to commencing work. Any requests for additional services or deliverables beyond the agreed-upon scope may require a revision of the project timeline and cost.
Intellectual Property Rights: Upon receipt of full payment, you will be granted full ownership and rights to the completed deliverables for use in any medium necessary. Until full payment is received, all rights to the work remain with me.
By initiating a project with me, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this payment and revision policy.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm committed to ensuring a successful and mutually beneficial working relationship.
